Why Is My Account Locked?
If your account has been locked, then you have been flagged as potentially being fraudulent or trying to commit fraud. Your account will only be locked if your payment has been flagged as potential fraud, your government id has been flagged as fraudulent, or you have taken other fraudulent action on the HouseStay platform.
If you believe your account has been locked in error, please reach out to the HouseStay support team and we will be able to look into this further.
NOTE: If you have been flagged for fraud, you will be reported to the applicable authorities immediately.
