When Is A Booking Confirmed?
A booking is only confirmed once the host, payor, and all residents have completed their entire booking processes and have signed off on the leases. Hosts can track the resident's process throughout their process from the "booking-in-progress" page.
Once a booking is confirmed all users will receive a booking confirmation email that contains the other direct contact information (email and mobile number) so you can coordinate any move-in details. You can also communicate directly with the renters via the HouseStay system at any time.
