Minimum Length of Stay
HouseStay requires a minimum length of stay of 30 nights (1 month), hosts cannot list their properties to rent for less than 30 nights on the HouseStay platform.
We also allow for hosts to increase their minimum length of stay, meaning hosts can require a minimum length of stay of 2+ months or more if they would like.
