After you receive a message from a potential renter, you can respond at any time. Messages don't contain any stay dates and do not expire.
Step-By-Step How To Respond To A Message
1. Login to your HouseStay account
2. Go to your dashboard
- You can see the message under the "items awaiting action" section
- You can also see the message under the "all conversations" section of your inbox
3. Click into the message
4. Reply to the potential renter: Once you respond to the potential renter will be alerted
