Why Users Cannot Pass Their Direct Contact Information The Tenant
Users cannot pass their direct contact information (email or mobile phone number) until a booking is confirmed. This is to ensure there is no fraud and users go through the proper verification process, users also cannot send URLs or direct others to contact them outside the HouseStay system.
If you're flagged for trying to pass direct contact information or bypass the HouseStay system you will be kicked off the HouseStay platform for violating our terms of service.
After a booking has been confirmed you can pass direct contact information via the HouseStay system as well as URLs and attachments.
