When Is A Booking Confirmed?
A booking is only confirmed after all users (host, payor, and residents) have completed their entire booking processes and have signed the HouseStay leases. Only after all users have signed off on the lease will the booking be confirmed.
Once a booking is confirmed all users will receive a "booking confirmation" email that will contain the executed lease, all residents ids, as well as their direct contact information (email and mobile number) so you can coordinate any move-in details directly with your tenants.
